The announcement text:
Seeking a motivated, high-energy individual for a customer service and technical support position. This job is technically challenging, varied in its day-to-day functions, and has ample room for growth and increased responsibility.






Responsibilities include:



· Handle inbound technical support calls including user questions, installation and configuration troubleshooting, and general guidance in system set up.





· Make outbound follow up support calls. Be responsible to keep track of all open tickets and manage them until closed.





· Support marketing efforts of the company and be able to communicate the value-add of our services and the software to customers and prospects.






Job Qualifications:



· Customer service oriented persona





· Technical aptitude and problem solving ability





· Strong software background





· Excellent phone skills





· Good interpersonal and communication skills





· Ability to work independently





· Knowledge of CRM (customer relationship management) software ideal





· Networking knowledge a plus





· Desire to work for a small company





· Bachelor’s degree preferred





· At least 2 to 4 years of technical support or customer service experience






Compensation:



Position salary range is $35,000 - $40,000. Benefits include health insurance and a pension.
